Review excerpts

from the music magazine Lira (No. 5, 2007)
... When a group succeeds this well in getting back together after 40 years ... and displays imagination and sheer playing delight that are stronger than ever, it shows that the “avant-gardistic free-form jazz” of the 60s didn't nod off for good, but rather is still alive and compelling.

from the daily newsletter Musikindustrin (12 December 2007)
... The group succeeds well with its reunion. It’s tight and together. With imagination and expressiveness aplenty, it makes great jazz in the improvisational style. It’s an exciting contribution to the Swedish jazz scene. A hearty “welcome back” to this quartet!

from the daily newspaper Dala-Demokraten (13 December 2007)
... The musicians play freely, without inhibition, relying on knowledge and experience. The results are complex and varying, but also surprisingly tuneful, with melodic loops at times repeated, for beyond and behind the initially assertive jumble lie lovely melodies. This is no relic of the past. It’s jazz of today.
